A Note From Our CEO and Founder


My opinion,

We’re an entrepreneurial team and we’re going to expect you to “pull” yourself onto the team. What does that look like? It varies but, at a minimum, we’re going to expect you to research who we are and what we do. We’re generally pretty busy so you’re going to need to introduce yourself to us in a way that catches our attention – Sir and/or Madam ain’t gonna cut it. We aren’t hard to find and we love talking about what we do and why we love it.

We each worked hard to join the team and we’re going to expect the same thing from you. We don’t have any “jobs” - we have positions on the team where we’re looking for the best person to play that role AND be an integral part of the team. If we’re advertising for a certain set of skills, we’re going to expect you to demonstrate those skills in how you interact with us – not just as what you say that you might have done on your resume. We’re much more interested in who you are, what you stand for and what you can be counted on than any list of stuff you’ve done in the past. You will be expected to use your resume experience to demonstrate who you are and what you’ve done but don’t expect your resume to open the door for you.

Lastly, we’re much more interested in the questions you ask and why you ask them than any answers that you may give to a question we ask. Being on the TESTCo Team is an amazing, life changing experience – read the culture statement – it’s not just something we’ve written down – it’s an ongoing conversation for us.
