Jeff Hotz
Jeff is the founder and CEO of TESTCo. Jeff has been a co-founder and VP of two other successful Austin startups. Jeff also worked for Trilogy Software from 1994 through 2000 as VP of Operations for carOrder.com, Business Unit Manager as well as the Director of Consulting/Support. Prior to moving to Austin, Jeff was an Account Manager with Cambridge Technology Partners for the Michigan Department of Transportation. Jeff has a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science and an MBA.

Jack Bretcher
Jack is the VP of Customer Service for TESTCo. Prior to joining TESTCo Jack was founder and President of Sonoma Enterprises, a software company focusing on the CRM needs of the real estate vertical market. Prior to that Jack was the CTO for Tavolo, a venture backed Internet and Catalog Retail Company. Jack was also a member of the senior management team of both PRIMA Consulting and TITAN Technology Partners focusing on Strategic IT Consulting. Mr. Bretcher holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania

Bill Skrapits
Bill is a QA Manager for TESTCo. His background is in software development and consulting project management. He has managed software development and system integration projects for start up and Fortune 500 companies including USAA, Temple Inland (Guaranty Bank), Northrop Grumman, IBM, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Clear Commerce. Bill has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Leighton Hendrick
Leighton is the Marketing Manager for TESTCo. Her background is in marketing program management, Marcom and lead generation. She has more than 9 years of experience marketing everything from technology to nonprofits. Leighton has a Bachelors degree in Speech with a concentration in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alejandro Estrada
Alex is the CEO for TESTCo Latinoamerica. He has 15 years of experience in IT. Prior to joining TESTCo he founded a successful company that provided support to companies in all their technology requirements including software development, hardware, networks and communications, being responsible of controlling entire IT departments. Alex has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Rosendo Martinez
Rosendo is the VP of sales for TESTCo Latinoamerica, his 17 years of experience covered all aspects of the business from member of technical staff to senior management, he is responsible for all professional services and sales support in the México office. Rosendo has worked on software projects in England, Germany, Czech Republic, USA, France, Spain, Costa Rica and Mexico.Rosendo has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
