Consulting Account Manager 

We have an opportunity for an experienced Consulting Account Manager in Austin to work on our customer's projects.

TESTCo is one of the recognized leaders in Austin for locally managed offshore software testing and development.  Austin is our traditional market and we've begun expanding into the Midwest, East Coast and West Coast.  We've done very well since our founding in late 2002 and are expecting to grow very rapidly in 2008 and 2009.  It's a very exciting time to be working in a field where there is extraordinary demand and most of the competitors are more concerned with snapping up business than delivering excellent service.

You'll be given 4 accounts to start and will be expected to grow those and take on additional accounts within 6-9 months.  We're looking for a seasoned Consulting Account Manager that can delight our current customers and entice them to provide us with referrals to their colleagues. 

The work is challenging and very rewarding. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and value of our high quality off-shore software QA and development to our customers. You will run as many as 6 customer accounts and 6 offshore testing teams. Our customers depend on our leadership and productivity to meet their business and technical goals.

This position is full time with very little travel. Our performance-based compensation program heavily rewards your ability to increase efficiency and add value to our customers.
