We have an opportunity for an experienced inside sales rep to help us expand our sales.
You'll be responsible for working directly with the CEO to grow our company. We have a highly systemized business and you'll be responsible for running and enhancing our Lead Generation and Lead Conversion Systems by creating new leads and sales opportunities. Most of the activity will be generated by phone and by working from an existing database to determine a prospective company's future need for software testing. We're looking for a seasoned inside sales rep that can help create and then deliver a compelling message to our prospects that communicates the value and benefits of our services and turns them into results!
The work you'll be doing is challenging and very rewarding. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of prospects and customers and have a big impact on their software quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll be part of a small team of experienced consultants where you will be directly involved in the systematic business development program we use to grow our business. This position is full time with very little travel. The base compensation is $50K/year with commission and on target earnings of $150K+.
